To authorize your Connect for Health Colorado certified producer, go to Connect for Health Colorado. Create an account or login. Then from the “Get Assistance” tab, select “Find a Local Assister.”

Next, click on the ”Continue” button for “Agent/Broker” and THEN Enter Scott Crist’s State License Number: 297100

Click on Scott’s name.

Click on “Authorize” and that’s it!
