September 4th, 2020 – United Healthcare and Rocky Mountain Health Plans are announcing their new “Colorado Doctors Plan” options for the upcoming 2021 open enrollment season.
The Colorado Doctors Plan Network offers coordinated care from a network of primary care providers from leading physician groups, including Colorado Health Neighborhoods and New West Physicians.
United Healthcare and Rocky Mountain Health Plans will be offering 7 plan options to choose from including 1 Gold, 3 Silver and 3 Bronze plan options. Their new plans will be available to Colorado individuals and families in Boulder, Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Jefferson Douglas and El Paso counties starting on January 1st 2021.
The new plans will be available both carrier direct and through Connect for Health Colorado. Colorado Health Insurance Brokers should be able to quote the new plans starting in mid-October for a January 1st, 2021 start date. Open enrollment for 2021 re-opens in Colorado on November 1st.
